Delivery can take 30 mins to 2hrs depending on the sales activity for the day and or traffic at certain times of the day. Products and deliveries can be be paid for and a scheduled delivery day or time set up, if possible.
Delivery: We deliver products free to local Denton County residents. (Usually within a 20 mile radius)
After 20 miles out a standard $10 local delivery fee is applied. (Up to 35 miles out)
After 35 miles out, a $15 – $20 delivery fee is calculated
Most of our Products are some what consumable. At delivery you sign as having been happy with your service, driver and your products arrived untampered with and in a brand new condition. We also want to be sure the correct products arrived and you are happy with the charge and delivery.
A you can understand, you wouldn’t want to purchase products delivered and handled by customers you don’t know. We extend the same level of security and protection to the products we sell to you. So it is for this reason we do not except returns once you except delivery. We will replace your product with a store credit or replacement, if the product(s) reaches you defective. Otherwise, all sales are final.
We only work with brands that have third party independent lab tests. We have all the relevant up to date information and current COA’s for every product we sell. COA’s are great for you to look over for the quality, purity and potency of the products you are wanting to purchase.
As of right now, we encourage cash deliveries until we find a merchant that doesn’t want high risk banking charges, which we then have to pass on to you the valued customer. Even though it is a cash & delivery, the sale is legally documented and all local and state taxes still apply.
Once we sell you your products of choice, they are yours. Your actions and the results of your actions are your responsibility and your responsibility solely. We take no responsibility for the irresponsible or responsible actions of others.
